Injury is extremely common for professional boxers. Most camp’s (especially if they’re the ‘b-side’ which Crawford is because of his step-up and the money) bite their tongue. This injury can only hurt the gate… not help it, if found to be true.
Personally I believe over 70% of boxers probably go into a fight nursing an injury of some sort. 4 rounder or world title fight. Doesn’t matter.
