Dean Martin Classic Christmas New Collection Features Holiday Favorites Spanning 3 Decades Featuring Six Rare Recordings on Vinyl for The First Time and Five Digital Debuts

NEW YORK, NY – Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, and Iconic Artists Group, will release Classic Christmas, a new 12-track Dean Martin holiday collection on October 30. The album is available for pre-order now.

Classic Christmas brings together holiday recordings from “The King of Cool” spanning three decades of his career. Six rare radio recordings will be pressed on vinyl for the first time, five of which will also be making their digital debut. Among these rarities is Martin’s only known recording of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” from 1949, which marks his earliest holiday performance to be officially released. This rare yuletide gem is available today digitally. Listen now.

The collection also features Martin’s version of “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” (first released digitally in 2024), rare versions of “Silver Bells” and “White Christmas,” and two distinct, previously released performances of “Silent Night”—including a 1949 version sung in Italian. Classic Christmas is rounded out with holiday hits from his legendary The Dean Martin Christmas Album, which was originally released in October 1966, including “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” and “A Marshmallow World.”

Dean Martin remains a holiday icon and is not only “The King Of Cool,” he is also a “King of Christmas.” Last holiday season, his signature take on “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and joined Spotify’s “Billions Club.” Martin amassed more than 600 million total holiday streams last year and over the last five years his festive songs have been streamed over 2.5 billion times.

The Dean Martin legacy is owned and managed by Iconic Artists Group in partnership with the Dean Martin Family Trust.
